Have you guys heard about Samplings On The Fourteenth? It is a fine-dining restaurant that is located in Berjaya Times Square Hotel. The food served there is cooked by their students. Well, actually this restaurant is served as a training ground for students during the day time while Chef Val and his team takes over when night falls.
Fancy Red Snapper
This is one of the dish made by their student. It is a Beurre Meunière Red Snapper.

What our students prepared and served us for lunch yesterday to kickstart the International Paul Bocuse Week. Special thanks to The Lost Food Project and Move2Cook for the collaboration to share the awareness of food wastage and cooking for a cause. Giving back to the community. #BERJAYAandBocuse #movetocook #thelostfoodproject #BERJAYAUCH #immerssionlearning
